Am I eligible to purchase Gaize?
Yes, Gaize is now available for entities that need to conduct real-time impairment screenings. Gaize does not include systems intended for US Federal drug testing programs, including those run by SAMHSA, DOT and the Military.
Do these forms obligate me to purchase?
No. These forms should be used to express interest. We’ll discuss this with you to determine how many units you’ll need and get your order placed.
